Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst – Uncleared Margin, T+1 Settlement sought by leading investment bank based in London.
**Inside IR35 – 2-3 days a week onsite**
The role:
Experienced BA/PMs required to drive implement of various regulatory rule sets for the Markets business, with focus on Uncleared Margin regulations (multiple), T+1 settlement and Treasury Clearing.
Ability to:
Deliver under short timelines – must be a self starter and team player
Drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met
Analyse and interpret regulatory requirements in conjunction with Legal and Compliance
Utilize requirements to scope impacted client/agreement population and/or document operational changes required
Document project plan and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders
Determine KPIs and provide ongoing status updates to senior management forums
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Determine key project risks and issues and escalate/drive resolution as necessary’
Summarize project status clearly & concisely in powerpoint
Perform data analysis in excel
Background:
Understanding of Markets products required, especially OTC Derivatives & cash products
Prior experience must be in major banks
Key Skills:
Experience of Uncleared Margin regulation & implementations
Other Regulatory experience
Experience in or interacting with Front Office businesses within Markets
Experience in trade lifecycle at a bank
