Description de la mission

For our international operating client in the field of medical production we are looking for an SAP CS Expert/Consultant, english speaking.

• Type of contract: Service contract (contracting/freelancer)
• Location: 100% Remote
• Start: 01.10.2023
• Duration: Until 30.06.2024 (9 months with option of extension)

Qualifications:

• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module
• CS experience should cover the whole service functionality and a good understanding of SD
• Able to work in international teams
• MM process, SD process, Idoc monitoring
• SAP ABAP Debugging
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
• Excellent communication Skills – working language is English (additional knowledge in German & French would be a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Translate user’s requests into application system solutions
• Service processing, service agreeing
• Adhoc Service, performing maintenance service
• Customizing and SAP Implementations
• Production Support
• Ongoing Development of SAP template for SAP CS
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
• Debugging, Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance
