2x Software Engineers Golang Python C++ for building Storage Platform wanted 100% Remote 6-12 months

I am looking for 2x Software Engineers (Golang/Python/C++) for building Ceph based Object Storage Platform. 100% Remote. 6-12 months (potentially longer).

Project/Tasks:
* Be part of a new team building a Ceph based Object Storage platform
* 4 planned regions, 100PiB YR1, full stack (not a Cloud provider)
* Help develop the storage backed and integration into the Cloud ecosystem (Monitoring/Observability, IAM, Billing etc.)

Must-have:
* Software Engineering Background (Golang, Python, C++)
* Experience with software defined storage OR Experience with operation of scale out storage clusters on Linux (in production environment) – preferably with Ceph
* Experience with integration and API development

Nice-to-have:
* Experience with IaC
* active in the Open Source Community

Start: ASAP (October/November)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 Month (potentially longer)
Capacity: full-time (min. 30 hours)
Language: Good English (must-have)
