I am currently looking for a freelance Javascript Engineer with Vue.js and Nuxt.js expertise for an exciting growth project. My client helps people turn ordinary moments into extraordinary learning opportunities with their unique product and has grown from a startup to an established company with a wide range of customers. You will be supporting a cross functional Team as a FullStack Engineer, helping the company optimize processes and take it to the next level!

Here are the key facts

– Position: Senior Javascript Engineer
– Start: 1st October 2023
– Workload: Full-time
– Duration: 3 months (very likely with extension)
– Location: 100% remote
– Project language: English

Skills
– Very experienced in scripting with Javascript
– Expertise with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
– Deep technical expertise also in FullStack development
– AWS knowledge, for example with Fargate, S3 or Lambda
– Familiar with Code Reviews und Unit Testing
– Very good communication Skills is a Must
– Experience with Rest CircleCI and Storybook ist a plus
– GraphQL know-how is an advantage
– Nice to have: Ruby on Rails know-how

Tasks
– Web Development with Javascript and Frameworks like Vue.js and Nuxt.js
– Work in a cross functional team alongside product and design
– Implement new features and improvements to existing ones, which directly impact the user experience
– Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
