Key skills and Experience required.

5+ years of experience within ServiceNow (concepting, developing, architecture, implementation)

Implementation and consulting experience in at least one ServiceNow module (EG ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, etc)

At least one certification within the following: CSA, CAD, CIS

Experience integration ServiceNow to other ITSM suites / SAP systems

CMDB experience

Exposure to web technologies and databases such as JavaScript
