Change Manager
We are currently looking for a Change Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
ENVIRONMENT
The position is situated within a European financial institution, operating within an international and highly regulated environment. The project focuses on the strategic implementation of AI-assisted development tools, specifically GitHub Copilot Enterprise, across multiple developer teams. The team setup for this role includes cross-functional collaboration with the AI Division, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and the Developer Productivity community, ensuring alignment with governance standards and operational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and report on the usage of GitHub Copilot Enterprise among active developer populations, tracking key performance indicators such as adoption rates, feature utilization, and consumption patterns against predefined rollout targets.
Operationalize and enforce the institution’s GitHub Copilot usage policy, ensuring that all teams are informed of applicable constraints, approved model configurations, and data handling requirements.
Facilitate onboarding sessions and hands-on enablement workshops tailored to developer teams of various seniority levels, adapting content to align with their role profiles and technical maturity.
Identify, document, and address adoption blockers—whether technical, organizational, or behavioral—escalating or resolving them in collaboration with the AI Division and relevant IT stakeholders.
Maintain and regularly update the governance tracking framework, including model availability registers, policy exception logs, and audit-ready documentation that aligns with the institution’s AI governance standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders from Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and the Developer Productivity community to ensure that the GitHub Copilot deployment adheres to approved infrastructure and evolving policy requirements.
Produce structured progress reports for the AI Division, including adoption dashboards, risk flags, and stakeholder-ready status updates on a scheduled basis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of enablement materials, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and internal guidance, ensuring that all documentation reflects the current approved configurations and policies.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in the role.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption programs in large, structured organizations, particularly in managing rollouts of developer tooling, SaaS platforms, or AI-assisted productivity solutions.
Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot or equivalent, with the competency to design and deliver tailored enablement content for diverse technical audiences.
Familiarity with policy enforcement and governance frameworks in regulated environments, capable of translating compliance requirements into operational guidance and monitoring adherence across distributed user populations.
Experience in producing adoption metrics, dashboards, and structured reports to track behavioral changes, surface blockers, and recommend evidence-based corrective actions.
