Devops engineer M/F
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, automate, and enhance our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in collaboration with our hosting partner. You will be responsible for managing infrastructure-as-code, automation tooling, and modern DevOps practices to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
This position emphasizes platform enablement, toolchain automation, and cloud‑native engineering. Additional responsabilité include participating in production incident investigations and contributing to IT service management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Develop automated workflows for testing, integration testing, security scanning, and artifact management.
Integrate developer tools (e.g., Git platforms, Jenkins, Nexus).
Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Implement automated environment provisioning.
Build and manage containerized application environments using Docker and OpenShift.
Define templates, images, and developer-friendly container workflows.
Implement and maintain automated security checks (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning).
Ensure secure-by-design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Integrate performance and load-testing automation within the CI/CD pipeline.
Support development teams with self-service tools whenever possible.
Collaborate closely with software developers to foster DevOps best practices.
Contribute to internal guidelines on automation and delivery standards.
Profile
Solid experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Nexus).
Strong background in containerization and cloud-native technologie.
Good understanding of cloud environments.
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and security automation.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift orchestration.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions in a multiculturaliste environment.
Proactive customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellentes communications and documentation abilities.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
