Your day to day
Lead the design and development of data warehouses from ground up
Manage and guide teams of developers and data architects
Define technical frameworks and development best practices
Oversee technical architecture for data management solutions
Coordinate development phases and system integration processes
Ensure technical quality and performance of deployed solutions
Drive technical decision-making and solution architecture choices
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Your profile
Proven technical leadership with team management experience
Advanced expertise in building complex Data Warehouse environments
Mastery of DataStage and Oracle technologies
Strong background in developing technical frameworks
Fluent in French, both written and spoken
Solid foundation in banking and financial industry
Excellent communication and technical team coordination skills
Strategic vision with aptitude for technological innovation
Experience in project management and agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
