Job description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk agent (M/W/X) speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Your main responsibilities:
Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
Support on network infrastructure,
Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
Monitoring critical systems,
Participation to infrastructure improvement projects
Your profile:
Either recently graduated in computer science or already experienced in a similar position
Ideally with an initial exposure to this type of product : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint…
Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German
Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
Strong team spirit and customer orientation
Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is mandatory
ITIL certification would be a valuable asset – Don’t worry if you’re not certified: we’ll take care of that !
