System engineer – UWB ( RF/Radar focus) ( M/F/X)
Hays Luxembourg is looking for a RF/RADAR Systems Engineer/ Architect for our client.
The main objective is to define, analyze, and manage system requirements, design architectures, and ensure product maturity throughout the entire development cycle.
Your main responsibilities:
Work with internal teams and external partners to define system requirements for advanced RF/RADAR features.
Analyze, organize, and maintain system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Design system architectures that meet the defined specifications.
Identify and document technological opportunities to enhance solutions and support the technology roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enable product and concept development.
Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure controlled product maturity at each stage.
Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, and research partners
Your profile
Education: Engineering degree or Master’s in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Embedded Systems

Experience:
Strong background in requirements management and system design
Solid knowledge of RF/RADAR technologies (antennas, signal propagation, FMCW, Doppler)
Proven ability to define system architectures
Hands-on experience with validation and testing tools

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to coordinate across teams, attention to detail

Languages: Fluent in technical English
Remuneration range: 80- 100Kgr /year
