ABAKUS IT-Solutions – Senior Java Architect
We are looking for a talented Java Architect with a strong frontend orientation to join a dynamic and innovative team based in Brussels. This role offers the opportunity to drive architectural decisions while actively contributing to the development of modern, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Your mission
Design and implement robust software architectures with a focus on frontend technologies.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across the project.
Participate in code reviews, best practices implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to both backend and frontend development efforts, ensuring seamless integration.
Required skills & experience
Minimum 5 years of architecture experience
At least 2 years of experience with Docker
Strong backend knowledge: Java, Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate, Oracle Database
Frontend expertise in Angular 7 (mandatory)
Experience with MicroServices architecture (nice to have)
Agile methodologies experience is a plus
Strong frontend focus with solid backend understanding
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Autonomous, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
