Network & security engineer / team lead M/W
We are you looking forward to taking on a new role as Network & security engineer for our client, a major international company in the financial services sector (Financial Services Permanent – Luxembourg)
Your missions
Install, configure and maintain security and network devices (firewalls, proxies, SIEM, datacenter or campus switches) and associated management tools
Oversee and manage the entire network and security infrastructure + handle daily operations
Proactively ensure system security and availability
Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
Develop and maintain scripts and device-specific commands
Provide third-level support for deployed solutions and complex incident resolution
Required skills for the role
You have at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position
You have extensive technical knowledge of Cisco products and with leading firewall constructors (Fortinet or Checkpoint or Palo Alto).
You have developed good leadership skills that would allow you to evolve as Team Leader of the team.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You are fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally have a fluent level in French.
