ServiceNow Architect

Your Mission :
✅ Architect ITSM Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Configuration Management (CMDB) workflows.
✅ Enhance ServiceNow Capabilities: Leverage Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration to streamline processes.
✅ Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and enforce CMDB governance policies for data accuracy and process automation.
✅ Drive Automation & Cost Optimization: Identify innovative solutions to reduce manual efforts and maximize operational value within budget constraints.
✅ Lead & Mentor: Act as a ServiceNow SME, guiding internal teams and providing technical leadership for complex ITSM implementations.
What You Bring
✔️ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture & ITSM solutions.
✔️ Hands-on expertise in Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and CMDB management.
✔️ Strong ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus!).
✔️ Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations.
✔️ Experience in large-scale IT operations (public sector or enterprise IT preferred).
✔️ Ability to translate business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements (Must-Have)
? EU Citizenship – This role requires candidates to hold EU citizenship.
? Fluency in English (written & spoken) – Essential for collaboration and documentation.
? Proficiency in another European language is a plus
Bonus Skills
? ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).
? Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum).
? Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and their ServiceNow integrations.
? Knowledge of DevSecOps & CI/CD automation.
