CTG IT Solutions – Junior Asset Manager
CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring Asset Manager Assistant to join a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
· You provide Support for IMACD operations for end user equipment (PCs, peripherals, and VoIP phones in accordance with user requests and management validation)
· You keep the CMDB up-to-date
· You prepare IT equipment for newcomers
· You manage IT Stocks (In/Out), (Physical + CMDB update), and hard drive sanitization
· You install standard images on machines
· You prepare, store, and deliver donations
· You stock, selective waste sorting, recycling
· You identify and escalate major incidents to management
· You resolve hardware incidents, replacing or upgrading equipment as necessary
· You manage testing machines
Your profile
· You hold a Baccalauréat and a minimum of 1 year experience in IT
· You are ITIL certified
· You speak and write fluently English and French
· You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation, and your diplomacy
· You like to work in an international team
