Hays – IT Support Officer
Are you looking forward to taking on a new role as an IT Support Officer ENG ? A client in Luxembourg is currently looking for an IT Support Officer ENG in CDI.
You will join the Support Team of 6 people. You will be part of the IT Operation Team and. You are someone who will be able to take the lead on internal innovation on Service Desk tools and find solution and proposal. You are curious, with a good analytical skill.
Your responsibilities
You will provide the first-level support
You will organize and register IT resources and work with other IT teams to address challenging problems.
You will investigate significant occurrences and make sure a suitable communication strategy is in place.
You will make sure the team delivers high-quality services.
You will produce and keep up-to-date knowledgebase documentation.
You will take part in creating and carrying out IT policies and procedures.
You will instruct and assist end users with the use of both software and Hardware.
You will be informed about the most recent advancements in cybersecurity and IT.
Required skills
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an IT Support Officer
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
You are fluent in English (Mandatory)
You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Windows, Office 365, Cybersecurity, Project Management…
You like working in a team. You have good adaptation and analytical skills and are oriented solution with a good communication skills.
