Description
1. Context:
The group/Cyber Defense is leading a major program of Web Proxy deployment (based on Skyhigh (ex McAfee) product). The group is in charge of deploying the product among all the entities worldwide. We are looking for the service of an external Technical Expert to reinforce delivery capacity.

2. Scope of Services:
As a Web Gateway expert, the service must have technical expertise on User and Application’s internet access delivery, collaboration, and customer relation expertise to carry out all responsibilities below (during migration projects): For each new Group Entity to be migrated, the service will work in a project hand in hand with a project manager, supporting him with expertise on proxies. Other contributors will include end-user project managers, workplace teams, network teams, and security teams.

The service will do the following:
* Assess the web proxy current situation, needs, and define the technical activities of the project.
* Prepare user migration to Cloud Group solution.
* Make the settings in Proxy Production environment (HNO operations).
* Manage migration of users.
* Manage incidents and troubleshoot when required.
* Analyze user or application internet activities for security purposes and performance improvement.
* Support Level 3 of Skyhigh web gateways global solution.
* Raise service requests or incident tickets to the vendor.
* Work closely with workplace support teams to support device browsing topics.
* Work closely with Active Directory support teams to support authentication topics.
* Work closely with security teams on security requests and topics.

3. Deliverables:
* Proxy / web gateway Entity Assessment.
* Web gateway specific settings.
* Workshop meetings with Workplace and opco IT teams.
* LLD (configurations and settings of McAfee solution).
* POC and Pilot follow-up.
* Migrations follow-up and troubleshooting sessions.
* Service update.
* Expertise transfer to BAU teams.
* HNO.
