LuxProvide – Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in planning, scheduling, reporting and administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth execution of projects by assisting project managers in tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates
Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Ensure alignment between project teams and organizational processes
Profile
Demonstrated experience in project coordination and reporting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
University degree in a related field
Proficiency in English & French or German is mandatory, any additional language are key assets
