ICT Risk & Business Continuity Specialist
We are looking for an ICT Risk & Business Continuity Specialist to help manage IT-related risks, ensure business resilience, and support compliance with regulatory frameworks like DORA. In this role, you will track key risk indicators (KRIs), support disaster recovery (DR) testing, and ensure the company’s ICT infrastructure is secure and prepared for disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
ICT Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing IT risks using industry best practices.
KPIs & KRIs Monitoring: Define, calculate, and follow up on key performance and risk indicators to measure IT risk exposure.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR):
Review and update Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to ensure business continuity.
Provide technical support for disaster recovery testing and validation.
Regulatory Compliance (DORA): Ensure IT risk management aligns with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and other compliance requirements.
Project Leadership: Work autonomously to drive ICT risk-related projects and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in ICT risk management, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
✅ Familiarity with DORA regulations and IT compliance frameworks.
✅ Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs & KRIs for IT risks.
✅ Technical knowledge of disaster recovery strategies & testing methodologies.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
