Test Lead / Manager
Hays Luxembourg is looking for a Test Lead/ Manager to support the IT automation service team in organisational and processusal adjustement and daily tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Definition of project tests plans
Ensure defined processes are used and here needed optimised to best support the organisations needs
Define, establish and control KPIs to improve the reliability and the quality of process
Be the single point of contact for all testing and quality points for the scope of testing activities
Coordination and exchange with stakeholders
Collaborate with projects and support them to reach best possible quality on their deliverables
Responsibility for resource and capacity planning with the test team Head

Required experience and skills
Test Management: At least 10 years of experience in test management.
Banking Domain: Experience in the banking sector.
Technical Expertise: Experience with T24 or Triple A systems is an asset
Testing Approaches: Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies.
Defect Management: Ability to run defect triage meetings.
SIT and UAT Phases: Proven experience in bridging System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
User Support: Ability to support business users during the UAT phase.
Quality Management: Expertise in test processes, quality management, and quality assurance.
Project Management: Strong experience in project management, change management, and release management.
Roadmap and Resource Planning: Proficiency in running delivery roadmaps and resource planning.
Test Roles and Objectives: Ability to determine and assign test roles, and define and verify test objectives in cooperation with stakeholders.
Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with JIRA and XRAY.
Languages:
English is mandatory; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Ideally certified with ISTQB / CP -SAT
