Service main deliverables:

– Service to capture business & user requirements and consolidate input for Workplace Product evolution
– Service to develop entity onboarding planning for all Workplace Global Products leveraging Skyline Adoption dashboard
– Service to understand entity product consumption (legacy and target) and opportunities for growth
– Service to track achieved benefits for the entity in term of efficiency, security and user experience
– Service for epic-management: Service to coordinate delivery dependencies between multiple product-families, product-lines and global programs
Expertise :
• Service with senior project management expertise with minimum 3 years expertise in IT operations or IT consultancy expertise focusing on Workplace
• Service provider personnel with excellent inter-personal expertise and team-player expertise.
• Service provider personnel with results-oriented and self-motivation expertise
• Service provider personnel with rigour and organisation expertise
