Manage Deployable CIS infrastructure, ensuring system readiness and SLA compliance.
Oversee engineering support, configuration management, and risk assessment processes.
Lead change management plans to meet evolving operational needs.
Coordinate budgets, project development, and contractor support for critical operations.
What you bring to the role
A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
Certifications in ITIL and expertise in IT service operations, planning, and management.
Proven experience in leadership, configuration management, and budget oversight.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
