Development lifecycle. (including releases and support)
Writable, designed, testable, efficient code
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Spring Boot
Databases (Oracle, Postgre), SQL – API + REST
TDD (even BDD)
Continuous integration practices (usage of Maven, Jenkins, XL-Deploy or similar)
