Description:
IAM Product Line is looking for a People Directory Product Owner service.
« IAM Product Line » is part of « Identity Global Products » department, within « Group CIO » Division part of the client’s company.
The service mission is expected at least for 2025.

1/ Context:
As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, the group has selected Saviynt and Ping solutions for its new IAM framework.
These solutions rely on a set of directories, including various dimensions: people (white pages), workplace (multiple Active Directories), transformation flow (through MDM, metadirectories such as FIM/MIM, etc.).

2/ Services:
The Product Owner Service will take into deliverables, within the group and within a scope (to be defined) of the Group :
– Service for harmonization and alignment of Identity data dictionary, and deployment of this model
– Service for streamlining and standardization of Identity-related directories, according to these new standards
– Service to define and implement methodology to measure Identity data quality,
– Service to, after defining and agreeing on Problem Statement, build and implement improvement plan
– Service to set-up adequate Governance to gather all required entities/bodies in this plan.

3/ Deliverables:
– Service to map situation as-is with clear Problem statement
– Service to deliver improvement plan and detailed roadmap
– Service to deliver and communicate on service improvement plan and actions to reduce volume and/or impact of incidents on legacy components
– Service to follow-up on decommissioning roadmap of legacy directories, and interfaces with LISA provisioning capabilities
– Service for New Dedicated governance with clear mandate
– Service with Project reporting to the Product management team
