NTT Data – PKI Expert (m/f/x)
Are you an experienced Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Engineer with a proven track record of delivering robust, secure, and efficient Linux based infrastructures? We’re seeking an autonomous professional with a strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 to take charge of critical infrastructure and software configurations and authentifications and become part of our team based in Brussels for one of our partners within an European Institution in charge of projects related to data protection.
Responsibilities:
– Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux infrastructures, specifically on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9 virtual servers;
– Develop scripts and tools to automate system processes, particularly those related to certificate management (renewals, CRL generation…) and system monitoring;
– Using Docker or Podman to containerize applications and manage their deployment if needed;
– Managing and optimizing virtual server environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance;
– Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the infrastructure operates smoothly and securely;
– Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures;
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure integration and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
– At least 8+ years of proven experience in Linux system administration and engineering, preferably in enterprise environments;
– Holding a Bachelor or Master Degree in IT;
– Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9 installation, configuration, and management;
– Expertise in certificate management processes, including CA certificate renewal, CRL generation, and automation of notifications for authentification purposes;
– A deep understanding of security protocols, and system monitoring tools;
– Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;
– Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement;
– Good command of English is mandatory
