Responsabilities
Participation in the daily tasks of the Service Desk team
Application support (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Business applications)
Hardware support (Dell/HP laptops, meeting rooms, etc.)
Assistance with the allocation/return of equipment and access (software, data, etc.) for consultants
Participation in service desk projects
Verification and updating of the inventory system
Contribution to updates of internal SOPs
Other projects to be defined based on needs/requests
Profile
English and French
Team spirit
Proactivity
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (equivalent to BAC+3) or a master’s degree (equivalent to BAC+5) in IT field
