Platform Engineer is now the term including the 2 pillars of the public Cloud AWS, GCP, and Azure that I have been working on for ten years: the DevOps approach and the security on the Cloud.
I work on the two key phases of the Cloud:
- Conception / design of the Cloud architecture as a Solution Architect, and security as a Security Architect
- Implementation of the infrastructure as DevOps, and its reliability as DevSecOps
Anchored in this two-dimensional approach, I am involved in “Move To Cloud” and IT modernization programs. If need be, I take on the responsibilities of Tech Lead or Product Owner to structure the project.
Let me share with you over a phone call or a videoconference how I helped design and implement a framework to host more than 5,000 applications on AWS for the bank of a historic French automobile manufacturer.
