and also has an Engineering Degree from Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications.

    => Following a survey conducted in December, 2010 on VOIP customers complaining of
    unavailability(110 cases), the mission consists in characterizing the causes of dissatisfaction
    and launch targeted improvement actions

    Achievements :
    => Characterization of the unavailability :
    – Customer environment (FXS Phone, electric power, ADSL filter) , Bug LB(LiveBox)
    => Realization of a volumetry on the various LB Bugs, with as Bugs :
    – VoIP Freeze (recording on an internet VC instead of VC Conv) and
    – DHCP cycle without registration
    => Investigation on ADSL services (Téléphonie, Internet, Télévision) des clients
    => Investigation on customers ADSL services (Telephony, Internet, Television)
    => Report to the Management of carried out actions, and recommendations for the launch of the
    future LB
