After more than 15 years of experience in large international groups, I can support you in short or medium term missions.
I work as a Project Manager on the following subjects:
– Define the scope of a project
– Write the specifications/requirements,
– Effectively manage your projects from their design to their framing and implementation
– Lead meetings and coordinate the schedules of different MOA/MOE teams
– Act as an interface between multidisciplinary teams (conflict management between stakeholders, coordination and synthesis of actions)
I also work as a bid manager for:
– The organization of kick-off meetings with the various stakeholders
– Steering the response
– The assembly and management of responses to offers with the definition of key messages and the costing/pricing strategy
– Provide an in-depth and reliable analysis of the key elements of success in your business and help you improve your processes and define appropriate and winning development strategies.
