In an international context, I have implemented leadership management techniques that combine compliance, rigour and honesty with understanding and listening. I have been able to demonstrate that exemplariness, dynamism, perseverance (soft but firm) In all circumstances, it is possible to find solutions that are adaptive to any situation and that will ensure the long-term involvement of internal and external teams in the performance of the entire company.
I am convinced that a listening and sharing partnership with third parties (clients/subcontractors) is an asset in relations and performance.
I am looking for a position, in which I could bring my experience of developing a corporate culture both internal (with staff) and external (customers, suppliers, subcontractors). I like to work as a team and in project mode. Out of affinity I wish to remain in an industrial and technical field. Adapting management to different cultures (Africa, Asia, etc.) is a motivating challenge because our intrinsic cultures are different and imposing a single management culture is a sure failure.
