Project of the internationalization of the Lidl online shops, which requires the implementation of the Lidl product strategy and the
conversion of the mgm based Java in the SAP-hybris solution. A prior developed Blueprint will be transferred in 5 phases until the end
of 2016. First implementations with a limited Scope in Belgium and the Netherlands follow on the transfer of the german “Old-Shop”
and finally with the new Blueprint processes.
Goal is the installation of a high performance Online-Shop which enables Lidl both the integration of additional countries and the
guaranteed integration of the Legacy system. The main challenge is the transformation and further development of the hybris
processes, the integration with the SAP backend as well as making that transformation for the customers as most convenient as
possible.
Project Roles and Responsibilities
➢ Actively participate in following meetings organized by scrum master along with developers, Solution Architect, Business
Analyst, QA engineer i.e. daily stand-up to share status, Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint
Retrospective. Further presentation of a new feature to Business Department & all team members.
➢ Software functional test on from inception of article i.e. creation of article from SAP ECI to receive them into Hybris Entrance
area of Back office; further Enrichment of article in product cockpit to export them to different system i.e. German CMS,
Progress Swagger UI in order to export to shops, S4HANA.
