The 24 years of diversified experience achieved within an international environment grant me a widely area of expertise and allow me to lead proximity management to serve a governance dedicated to business needs. My position is to provide an IT project management in a transverse vision, including operational and technical management of all IS domains, from infrastructures to global applications.
Daily tasks are dealing with teammates and endusers, prioritization of business or technical needs, managing projects (allotment of human, technical and financial ressources / definition of schedules and deadlines / identify risks and solutions to limit them), supervising internal or external teams, defining IS master plan for the coming years, creating services for all users, maintening relationships with partners, negotiating worldwide contracts.
To achieve all the objectives together as a team, I define inovatives social-skills like freedom-form organisation, natural technical leadership, on site presence and assistance, technological watch associated with R&D steering, knowledge transfer and permanent training. Overall, having a human approach as a centric concern is the key to success for all projects.
