Description de la mission
Our client is actively searching MS Azure Data Architect/ Engineer to increase the capacity of its Data Management team:
An Azure Data Architect – engineer:
o Define the architecture and contribute to the implementation of the Azure data
platform to support DWH migration to Azure ADLS gen 2 and Synapse using Data
Factory/Data Flow as ETL,
o Define the architecture and contribute to the implementation of the Azure data
platform to support advanced analytics use cases (set-up of Azure Machine Learning…).
The candidate will join the Data Management team that is, among others, managing the DWH and the Data Lake of the company, and responsible for the data governance and for the tooling.
Architecture, design & implementation are managed within the team.
Cloud Architecture Pattern
Devops (Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration / Delivery)
Azure Data Skills (Data Lake Gen2, Synapse)
Experience in DataBricks
Experience in Data Factory
Experience in PaaS data lake set-up
Knowledge of pipes principles and developments
Being aware of best practices, trends & evolutions of
the IT industry and most particularly Data Analytics environments/systems
Knowledge about Data Management: metadata management, lineage, data quality principles…
Database modelling via modelling tools such as Erwin or Visio
Architecture, functional & technical analysis on database,
ETL & BI solutions
Understanding of Best Practices for datawarehousing,
ETL & BI solutions
Ability to interact with Business Owners and gather Business Requirements
- Contribute to the definition of the architecture, framework, standards and design of the Azure data platform. Contribute to the set-up itself in Azure.
- · Data lake is already available in Azure but requires some new functionalities/components like Azure Machine Learning and the implementation of several business projects. Propose components, an architecture to support new business needs in data science. Take part to the set-up in Azure
