Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Director

Content:
For a big and international strategic project, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Director to strengthen our IT team.

Your role will be:
Leading, directing, and coordinating the project management team in the design of the overall project, and in the development of the implementation plan and project timelines.
Ensuring the coordination of MD 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central solutions deployment.
Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Director
Collaborating with a dedicated team of developers and experts in CRM and finance from France and international ones.

As a strategic project director you will have these responsibilities:

Conducting requirements analysis, coordinating projects, and monitoring and reporting on project progress
Collaborating with operational managers, IT, and the integrator to analyze and define needs
Estimating workloads, planning tasks, and coordinating teams
Facilitating workshops
Contributing to the creation of design deliverables
Coordinating development activities and interfaces
Participating in the creation of test cases and integration testing
Monitoring tasks and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
Developing training materials and conducting user training sessions
Managing IT and functional change management (including governance, support, maintenance, and development)
Providing assistance in production deployment and stabilization

Profile:
High degree in education, you should have significant experience in managing international projects for at least 10 years.
Experience in Dynamics 365 deployment within international groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics modules including Customer Engagement, Business Central, Supply Chain, and Finance (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Needs Calculation, etc.)
Serve as the primary contact for the integrator responsible for MD 365 deployment
Familiar with the Surestep project methodology
Dynamic, service-oriented, motivated and autonomous with excellent writing skills and relational abilities to integrate into an international IT team.

Languages: English
Location: 3 days on site and 2 days remotely(Paris/IDF)
Possiblitiy traveling to Spain, Denmark and Sweden
