IT SECURITY ENGINEER

It’s providing infrastructure, development and production support services to all applications used worldwide by all business lines. There is a great variety of technologies and infrastructures from legacy systems to cutting edge Cloud technologies. The Production & Security Department oversees cyber security aspects for the group. Its role is to :

Implement security architectures
Ensuring scalability of solutions
Engineering safety products
Define the rules for maintaining these platforms in line with the specifications.

OBJECTIVE:
Your mission will be to implement, maintain and follow security solutions deployment around the bank’s structured data.
In this context, the IT security engineer should:

Assess the company’s functional requirements and determine the technical configuration of the product according to the specifications.
Set up technical solutions and configurations to be implemented, adapted to functional needs.
Perform the test and approval phases of the applications developed and define design and the documentation.
Train IT teams on the maintenance of the solution and technical aspects (operation, risks, security, etc.)
Identify and implement standards, tools, methods, and procedures (quality, safety, …) for studies, site development.
Providing technical assistance to persons in charge of maintaining operational daily tasks
Define and draft technical documents ( technical specifications, etc.)
Lead and / or participate in the implementation and development of the platform.
Set up indicators to monitor the platform (KPI)
Identify and control risks associated with new versions and propose improvements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Skills
The candidate must have the following skills:

Technical:
Varonis, Microsoft PurView knowledges (Deployment, Design)
Microsoft 0365 environment
Operating system Microsoft Windows Server / Linux RHEL
Development: Powershell, Python
Database: SQL Server knowledge
Knowledge of security SIEM security deployment (Elastic Stack for parsing security logs)
Global knowledge of the GDPR and its implication

Language:
Fluent english (oral and written)

Experience:
For this position, experience in setting up a Varonis infrastructure is required. Significant experience in managing large-scale infrastructure is most desirable. 5 to 10 years of work experience is required
