 Subject Matter Expert Mobile Payment Device Solution 

This Subject Matter Expert Mobile Payment device solution is viewed by the customer as expert responsible for consulting related to the selection of a payment device solution for the train attendant to support digitalization. 

As Matter Expert you will have strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of payment device solutions as well as the interdependencies between technologies especially regarding mobile network solutions integration. 

This position will be responsible for gathering business needs, writing the technical request for purchasing document and analyzing the supplier answers in order to recommend the best solution. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the following but not limited items: 

• o gathering and document business needs 
• o writing the technical request for purchasing document in collaboration the procurement and project management. 
• o defining the RFP evaluation criteria 
• o analyzing the supplier answers 
• o recommending the best technical offer 
• o develop strong professional relationship with client stakeholder(s) consistently demonstrating knowledge of the client business/industry and knowledge 
• o consistently represent self as the delivery leader 

MANDATORY HARD SKILLS: 

• • Master in Telecom or equivalent by experience with 10 years’ experience working in telecom infrastructure environment. 
• • Mandatory knowledge of mobile payment solutions, technologies and devices. 
• • Mandatory previous experience in public tender procedures and in public transport company. 
• • Knowledge of Dutch, French and English is mandatory.
