Contexte de la mission :

In order to reinforce our Experimentation Team we are looking for a Senior Experimentation

Scrum Master & Evangelist.

Description de la mission :

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading the operations of the

experimentation practice – you will be the glue between our internal stakeholders and our

dedicated IT developers. You will: Manage Experimentation backlog, make sure

deliveries are SMART and achieved on time, work closely with Product owners to understand

delivery requirements, work with Product Analysts to unfold new opportunities, setup AB tests to

validate the optimization, advice on delivery strategy, evangelize delivery results to crowds.

Compétences techniques :

– Management fonctionnel – Chefferie de projet

– Kameleoon Certification is a plus but will be requested before joining

– Javascript experience is essential

– Fluent in english, another language is a plus

– Experience pitching new projects to VPs and/or C-Level

– Certified SCRUM Master

– Minimum 5 years of experience in Experimentation and at least 2 years as a Lead

– Google Analytics Individual Qualification

– Backend language knowledge is a plus (PHP,JAVA)

– Content Square Certification is a plus
