Job Title:

Cybersecurity Engineer – Structured Data Protection

Objective:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in structured data, your mission will be to deploy, maintain, and support security solutions related to the protection of the bank’s structured data assets.

You will ensure the effective configuration, monitoring, and evolution of the tools used to secure database environments, in compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to determine the appropriate technical configurations.

• Implement and adapt security solutions to meet operational needs, especially with IBM Guardium.

• Carry out testing and approval phases of the developed applications.

• Draft and maintain technical documentation (design, installation, specifications, etc.).

• Train internal IT teams on the technical and operational aspects of the solution (risk management, incident response, etc.).

• Define and implement standards, tools, methodologies, and quality/safety procedures.

• Provide technical support for daily operational tasks.

• Participate in the deployment and development of the platform, ensuring best practices are applied.

• Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor system performance.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to new versions or updates, and propose enhancements.

Skills & Experience Required:
Technical Skills:

• IBM Guardium (design and deployment experience is mandatory)

• Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux RHEL, and AIX

• Scripting & automation: PowerShell, Python

• Databases: Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server

• Familiarity with SIEM environments and log parsing (Elastic Stack)

Language:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience:

• Proven experience in deploying and administering an IBM Guardium infrastructure

• Experience in managing large-scale structured data environments is highly desirable
