Business/Functional Analyst

For one of ours clients in an aviation company, to meet the needs of its ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for a talented and creative Professional to assist their IT and Business teams in the Office in Luxembourg.

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the IT Manager and will collaborate with the Product Manager and all the stakeholders of the company.

Responsibilities are to:

• Develop business requirements for internally generated features from business needs provided by the product manager
• Act as a product owner for the IT development team
• Work with the stakeholders to analyse and document functional requirements, and, break them down into clearer user stories for the IT development team to deliver
• Support user acceptance tests.
• Perform production interventions, data corrections and ad-hoc queries.
• Define and document workarounds for known issues.
• Initiate process improvements.
• Support user acceptance tests.
• Ensure release implementation support.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrate effective written as well as verbal communication skills with internal users.
• Natural ability to solve complex issues with simple solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and under pressure.
• Fluent French and English speaker.
• Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus
