Description de la mission

Context of the mission:

The department Business Solutions within Broker Channel and Non Life developments conceives the most appropriate solutions to support business entities (marketing, sales, operations, …)

Objective of the job:

• Conception of solutions within a digital context (ideation, requirements, …)
• Drive delivery of solutions implemented by the IT department
• Testing (set-up/planning/execution), Delivery (roll-out) and Support of solutions

The main activities of Business Solutions teams are:

– Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization

– Conception and mastering of solutions (ideation, requirements, …)

– Drive delivery of solutions implemented in IT department

– Testing, Delivery and Support of solutions

– Relation management within organization or external to organization

Required Knowledge and Experience :

-Personal Skills (soft skills – intangible qualities or traits that enhance our interactions)

Business experience required (work experience)
Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools)

Mandatory

– Good knowledge of Tools Preferable
– Digital Technologies

-Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)

Mandatory Years
-Business Analyst / Project Lead Senior (5 y – 8 y)

Preferable

– Scrum/Agile

– UI/UX

Mission period

Expected Start date: Asap

Duration: 6 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Language requirement

English, Dutch, French good/fluent

Level of education required

Master in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experience
