· I have gained experience during my 15-years career – including 10 years as IT manager in the Belgian Federal Police – covering IT infrastructure, communication and network management, system operations, service management and disaster recovery.
o Combine technical expertise with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and operational understanding; ensure that technical strategies and activities are aligned with the objectives to be achieved.
o Expertise in large-scale IT projects, networks and infrastructure, from initial planning and development to implementation and improvements
o Proven leader in building and motivating diverse technical teams to achieve exceptional results and complete projects on time and on budget.
o Ensure that all Infrastructure Project work and changes are performed in such a way as to minimise disruption to existing users.
I recently obtain a master degree in Information Security Management System at the Université du Luxembourg, I am also certified in ISO 27001 and perform a training on PROMETA (the business process management tool of Luxembourg government)

Objectives:
Provide the skills enabling to achieve the required missions and provide the appropriate solutions to ensure information security for an organisation.
Provide organisational and management bases for designing and implementing a security information management responding to human and technical risks while complying with legal requirements.
To make students familiar with the practical and theoretical elements of excellence acquired during training and systematically analysed within relevant use cases.
Provide the technical basis necessary to understand the potential vulnerabilities of a corporate information system and be able to ensure a technological information security watch.
Enable students to combine both management and operationalisation, producing value for the organisation in terms of information security
Learning Outcomes :
Select information, tools, methods and core competencies necessary for professional and maintained practice in the art of information security management.
Deduce and analyse the actual and relevant guiding criteria of information security globally and tailored for one company.
Identify relevant sources and interpret the descriptive information in the context of one\’s company regarding legal, organisational and managerial aspects.
Define, classify and identify the necessary elements for the design of security solutions integrating at the same time management and technology. Plan, design and implement these solutions.
Evaluate an existing security situation and proposed solutions; validate, recommend and implement improvements.
List the specific features of human risk and communication in the field of information security; analyse and deduce the elements of solutions to implement.
Communicate unambiguously, and exhaustively conclusions and the rationale driving them to diverse audiences.
Be responsible and professional actors concerning security and privacy. Be able to understand the social and ethical consequences linked to data protection and the importance of company compliance to the regulatory framework.

La formation de bachelier en informatique de gestionse réfère au niveau 6 du Cadre Européen des Certifications. Elle a pour mission de préparer les étudiants à être des citoyens actifs dans une société démocratique, les préparer à leur future carrière, permettre leur épanouissement personnel, créer et maintenir une large base et un haut niveau de connaissances, stimuler la recherche et l’innovation.
Professionnellement, le bachelier en informatique de gestion fait partie des « ICTworkers ». Ce concept regroupe un ensemble étendu de profils métiers essentiellement centrés sur le développement, le déploiement et la maintenance du flux quotidien de l’information numérique d’une entreprise.
A ce titre, le bachelier en informatique de gestion se caractérise par sa polyvalence technique, continuellement en évolution. Sans que cette liste ne soit exhaustive et définitive, le Bachelier en informatique de gestion est capable d’exercer les métiers ICT suivants :
Le « System software and application software Developer » qui construit, teste, met en œuvre et maintien des logiciels pour rencontrer les exigences spécifiques d’un client et/ou des utilisateurs, dans le respect des normes et standards en vigueur
L’ « ICT Business Analyst and Consultant» qui établit les spécifications d’une solution informatique sur base d’une étude approfondie des besoins du client et/ou des utilisateurs
Le « Data base designer and administrator» qui crée, installe, configure, administre et optimise des bases de données pour tout type d’organisation
Le « System Developer» qui construit des solutions ICT partielles ou complètes – « un systèmeinformatique » – en réponse à des besoins identifiés d’un client (interne ou externe). Ce système sera en général constitué d’éléments « hardware » et « software ». Il concernera également les communications éventuelles entre ces éléments – partie « réseau » de la solution
Le « Web Developer» qui crée et développe des applications Web statiques ou dynamiques (avec accès aux bases de données), et ce, depuis la création du cahier des charges jusqu’à l’implémentation et la phase de test
L’ « Helpdesk Officer» qui résout les incidents ou difficultés rencontrés par les utilisateurs
Le bachelier en informatique de gestion exerce son activité professionnelle dans tout type d’organisation publique ou privée, marchande ou non marchande, nationale ou internationale, de petite, moyenne ou grande taille. Il travaille seul ou en équipe et est en contact avec des clients et/ou des utilisateurs.
Vu l’évolution constante de son environnement de travail, il s’adapte et se forme afin d’être efficient tout au long de sa carrière. Il développe une communication efficace au travers de la documentation de son travail et de l’utilisation de techniques écrites et orales vis-à-vis d’interlocuteurs informaticiens ou non.
