Data Engineer pour AXA Technology services

Contexte de la mission 

Within the data innovation Lab, working on a web app to investigate fraud (insurance claims)

Objectifs de la mission et tâches 

• • Deploying our fraud solution in AXA UK (may involve some travel). This will be building the data pipeline in Scala Spark (we have an existing framework).

• • Improving on our data framework, building new components, automating, etc.

Livrables 

• • Experience with Scala and Spark technologies, good grasp of command line

• • Additional benefit if he/she has experience in AWS, Python, PySpark, Impala

• • Additional benefit if he/she has experience working with data scientists as well as deploying data engineering work into a production environment

• • English working skills

We are not looking for a senior data engineer but at least 2-3 years of experience with the specified technologies

Note: we are an innovation team, so a little different to traditional AXA. We work with Macs for example, work in a new office in Batignolles and have a start-up style set-up.
